About the Invention
The invention developed a geogrid (a type of soil reinforcement) capable of providing efficient mechanical interlocking and multidirectional stress distribution together with enhanced soil-geogrid interfacial interaction through the incorporation of a multigrid aperture geometry and strategically distributed fractal surface textures along the multigrid ribs.
The newly developed product has wider applications in geotechnical structures such as MSE walls, slopes, and embankments.
