The session was delivered by Dr. Madhulika Gupta, Assistant Professor, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, focusing on awareness of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013.

The workshop highlighted the importance of gender sensitivity and a safe, inclusive campus environment, with active participation from faculty, staff, and students.
