Conference Visa is a single entry visa issued to applicants who wish to attend International Conferences, Seminars or Workshops in India.Â
SPECOM-2023 will be held at Denissions Hotel, 110, Dollars Colony, Airport Road, Chaitanya Nagar, Rajendra Nagar, Karnataka 580030 from 29th Nov to 1st Dec 2023 and Satellite workshop will be held on 2nd Dec 2023 at NIT Goa. All participants are requested to check for visa requirements to enter India in https://www.mha.gov.in/PDF_Other/AnnexIII_01022018.pdf and you may qualify for the e-visa. The correct type of visa to attend the SPECOM-2023 conference is the conference visa. It is not acceptable to enter the country under a tourist visa and attend a conference. Most visas will be issued for 30 days, so give yourself a month to apply for a visa.Â

Note: Please make sure that the Application Form prints completely with the port of entry and exit completely printed at the bottom as well as the bar code.
IMPORTANT: Please go to https://www.india-visa-online.org/india-visa-photo-requirements for the photo specification. The embassy is very strict with photo requirements. (Please NO eyeglasses)Â
