The IIT Dharwad NSS Unit successfully organized the 5th Blood Donation Camp on 17 January 2026 at IIT Dharwad, in association with SDM University, on the occasion of the 77th Republic Day. The camp was graced by Prof. Rajshekar K., Associate Dean Wellness; Dr Keerthi Kumar M., IIT Dharwad NSS Programme Officer; and Dr Harish Kumar from IIT Dharwad, along with Dr Jatesh Kumar Goyal, SDM Blood Bank Officer, and Mr Prashanth Kumar Suresh, Assistant Manager – Operations, with his team from SDM University.
A total of 108 units of blood were collected with active participation from students, staff, and faculty.e.
