ALUMNI ACHIEVEMENTS

• Dr. Aswani Raj K (Ph.D. [Chemistry], 2019–2025) – Currently working as a Research Associate at IIT Madras, Chennai, she has been awarded the prestigious JSPS Postdoctoral Fellowship on December 19, 2025. This highly competitive international fellowship recognizes her outstanding research potential and academic excellence, marking a significant milestone in her journey as a researcher and contributing to her growing impact in the field of scientific research. 
• Ms. Pragnya Parimita Chayani (Ph.D. [HSS], 2017-2023) – Currently serving as an Assistant Professor (English) at VIT-AP University, Amaravati, she co-authored a research article titled “From Gender Trouble to Turned Tables: Examining Trans-visibility in Indian Cinema”. The paper was published in Sociological Bulletin (Sage Journals) on March 30, 2026, in collaboration with Prof. Ajaya K. Sahoo. This achievement highlights her scholarly contributions and active engagement in critical academic discourse within the humanities and social sciences.
• Mr. Indrajeet Meena (B.Tech. [Mechanical Engineering], 2017–2021) – Mr. Meena cracked the IBPS RRB Banking Examination on his first attempt and was later selected as an Office Assistant (Multipurpose) at Rajasthan Gramin Bank. These achievements demonstrate his excellence in competitive examinations and public sector recruitment.
• Mr. Aryan Chollera (B.Tech. [Electrical Engineering], 2019–2023) – Currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Purdue University, USA, Mr. Chollera published two research papers in IEEE EESAT 2026 and the IEEE Transportation Electrification Conference & Expo + IEEE Electric Aircraft Technologies Symposium 2026, showcasing his contributions to electrical energy storage and transportation electrification.
• Mr. Tanish H. Talapaneni (B.Tech. [Electrical Engineering], 2020–2024) – Currently working as an RTL Design Engineer at Qualcomm, San Diego, Mr. Talapaneni was awarded the JN Tata Endowment Scholarship on November 22, 2025, receiving a ₹10 lakh loan scholarship, with ₹9 lakh later converted into a gift award, in recognition of his outstanding academic achievements at UC San Diego.
