IIT DHARWAD is proud to share that Ms. Annapurna Basayya Balulmath, Mr. Abhishek Pawar, and Mr. Godson M D, under the guidance of Dr. Giridhar Rajesh Bande, presented a technical poster on “Influence of Extreme Rainfall Events and Axle Loads on Railway Embankment: A Numerical Study” at the International Conference on Ground Improvement, Landfills, and Sustainability (GLS-2025) held at IISc Bangalore (July 18–19, 2025).
The team was awarded the Best Poster Award, recognizing their excellence and impactful contribution to the field of geotechnical engineering.
