On October 28, 2025, IIT Dharwad hosted the Class 9 students from Phoenix Convent School, Shiggaon (Haveri District, Karnataka) as part of its ongoing outreach initiative.
Dr. C. Ravikumar, Associate Dean (Outreach), IIT Dharwad, conducted an engaging interaction session with the visiting students. During the session, Dr. Ravikumar introduced the students to the IIT ecosystem, highlighted the importance of science and technology in shaping future careers, and motivated them to dream big and work with dedication.

The visit provided the students with a first-hand experience of campus life, exposure to academic and research activities, and insights into opportunities at premier institutions like IIT.
